Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.

I live in Guttenberg, NJ which is a little town in Hudson County right outside of NYC.

Right now, I am sitting in my office in Times Square NYC wishing I could be out enjoying the beautiful day.  sigh

10 years ago, I would have never thought I would live in a small town.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I would like to present... (drum roll, please),  Rump, Titty,... Rump Titty,... Rump, Rump, Rump!
Forestville California.  The photo is the main part of town with a public laundry, a coffee house and a pharmacy on the other side of the street and Food for Thought, Sonoma Counties AIDS Food Bank is around the corner, where they serve 550 people living with HIV with food and nutritional services.  There is a lot of love and support in our town.

The other photo is the Russian River from across the street of my house.  The bridge is the Hacienda Bridge and was built and used by the rail road in the 40's until the flood in 1964.  The tracks were removed, River Road was redirected so there is a River Road, an Old River Road and if you were looking for an address on Trenton Road, there are many because it criss crossed the railway.   ;D  Have the best day
Michael

Im in Brooklyn NYC (Wiliamsburg)

A song was written about it called "Williamsburg"

I tried to find pics of typical buildings here but couldn't find any. Brooklyn Heights and Carroll Gardens have much prettier buildings.
