What's Up With The Crazy Repub Candidates?

I think this guy needs help.  The audience definitely wouldn't fall asleep during his speech.  He kinda reminds me of a cross between Chris Farley's inspirational speaker character "living in a van down by the river" and a few other people I just can't think of right now.

I saw it on Rachel Maddow.  Gee, with all those BS and MS degrees, its a pity he didn't get a course in public speaking!
