I quite my job at De. Welcome Center and took a job at a grocery store 3 miles from my house. I did this for several reasons. The main one was to help lower my tuition bill,If I live or work in Harford County for 3 months I can get in-county tuition. The other reason was the drive time and distance.
It backfired on me. Instead of the 20-30 hours I was told I would get I have yet to go above 10 hours. :( So now I am looking for a second job or another full time one that will give me hours. I don't want to go back to DE. I told my boyfriend if I go back there I am keeping my job there and moving to DE. he wasn't to happy with that. Although going back to work there and transferring to DelTech is not out of the question. (if he doesn't like it that's his problem).
I also transferred colleges. In the summer I will start a college in York, it's farther away but I will get in-state tuition. I will go back to Harford CC either in the fall or spring of next year.
I hope my life goes back to hectic again. I'm not sure what to do with 3 days of no school or work. Tomorrow Poncho and I will most likely take a nice long walk at the Conowingo part of the Susquehanna.

Geez, sounds like alot is going on. Hope you get it all sorted out. Who is Poncho? Is that your boyfriend or pooch? Either way I hope y'all have a nice relaxing walk!

Boyfriend name is jackass (at least that's his name today). ;)
His real name is dwane.
The nice thing that happened is that I transferred depts. at work, went from bakery to cashier. The cashiering dept. manager is giving me 24-32 hours until school is out then more.
I'm taking summer classes so that may stay at 24-32.
Chambord with fruit loop vodka is good by the way.

We did have a good walk. His walk was better then mine, he pulled me into the river because the lab in him needs to be in the water. :o I FROZE, but poor doggy had to put up with the heat on while going home. Yes I had taken other socks, shoes, and towels due to this happening everytime we go there.

You have a cat named "Kitty"? That realize does help simplify things, doesn't it? :) When I had dogs, even though I gave them all proper names, half the time I just ended up call them "dog". You know: Damn dog, stupid dog, crazy dog.
I'm a big believer in trying to simplify your life.
