I had oral sex performed on me by a random girl then 8 days later had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with my girlfriend. About 3 weeks after the first incident I noticed a string of very small white dots or pustules maybe 4 or 5 on the sulcus of my penis. A couple days later I started feeling a little sick and had a slight fever a cough and head cold. I started freaking myself out so I went and got tested 31 days after the unprotected oral. A week later all tests came back negative, that was 3 days ago. While I was waiting for the test results I developed a rash on my feet that is going away but still present. I still have a dry cough that really only shows up at night. I've also been taking my temp regularly and will be normal most of the day and will rise to 99 at night. Reading some other posts on this forum I gather that the HIV risk from oral is minimal but if the girl also had Syphilis does this increase the risk? Also, would Syphilis show up on a blood test 31 days after exposure? And finally could I have transmitted Syphilis or HIV to my girlfriend when we had sex 8 days after the initial exposure? I appreciate any advice you can give me.

Oral sex is not a risk of HIV transmission so you could not have given your gf HIV.

Thanks. How about the risk for passing Syphilis? BTW I never noticed anything on my penis that resembled a chancre at any point.

You can certainly get syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and other STDs from receiving head. It's not nearly as easy as passing the diseases through intercourse, but possible. And many STDs can be asymptomatic, especially in guys.
Syphilis is the only STD besides HIV that shares the three month testing window. So if you want to be absolutely certain you are STD free, a test in three months will give you that answer. And no, not everybody gets or notices a chancre. They are painless, and often quite small.
But no matter how you parse it. getting head is NO RISK for HIV.
