BSW Student Looking for Survey Respondents
« on: February 20, 2016, 05:40:34 pm »
Hello there everyone!!!! I am a BSW student at Northeastern Illinois University and I intern for an agency called TPAN which assists those who are HIV+. For my research class I am looking at the link between mental health as well as receiving therapy and the overall health (looking only at CD4 and VL) of those who are HIV+.

I would be greatly appreciative if you might take a look at the survey and complete if you can. I am hypothesisizng that those who seek out mental health practitioners/or who feel more mentally healthy will have lower VL and greater CD4 counts in part due to greater adherence to medications. Depending on this step of the research I may go farther and would hope that more money would be given to mental health especially for those who are POZ.

The survey is anonymous, I have no idea of who is responding nor will I receive an IP address of where the submission came from. I again appreciate all of you for taking the time to read this and for any help provided in gathering enough surveys for my project.

Most Respectfully,

Micah Hibler
