Richard Finch, a former member of KC and the Sunshine Band, was busted Tuesday in Newark, Ohio, for allegedly having sexual relations with a teenage boy

I LOVED KC and The Sunshine Band!! ahhh, sweet memories of the skating rink, awkward puberty, etc... I actually saw them in person at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo at which during the same week I saw Sonny AND Cher together right before they split up. Dont ask me the year, it was wayyy to long ago.

Brings back memories of my baby sitter letting me touch her in special places. When I was a kid I can remember my sister who is 15 years older talking about KC performing locally in Opa Locka, Florida before they hit it big. I think he was from the neighborhood actually.

Btw, I think the Trombone player in the vid must have been eating a hot dog just prior to showtime and clearly it accidentally went down his pants and got stuck in his crotch.

I'm wondering why the media has chosen to associate this with the band. The guy was only in it for a few years and has been out since 1980. So now when KC goes to perform ticket sales will surely be affected adversely.
Sorry for hijacking a sensitive issue, but there's going to be more than just one innocent victim here.

I am not starting anything. I think child molestation, rape, and other forms of forced sexual intercourse on children are the most disgusting crimes ever. If I ran the country these people would be tried, convicted, then taken out back and shot at dawn. End of story.
The idea that anyone can find anything even remotely funny at the idea of boys ages 13-17 being sexually abused by this man is just beyond my scope of imagination.
