Confused about HIV test results
« on: September 13, 2009, 07:42:56 pm »
Hi,

I am 28 male

I started going to massage palours since the past 6 months

I visit massage palours quite frequently, somewhere 2-3 times a month

I get myself a full body massage from a female and in the end a hand job only..

As far as I am aware this is absolutely safe and no chance of catching HIV...

But yesterday I went to this another massage palour and before she gave me a hand job, i got really aroused and started to kiss her chest, neck and cleaveage..I licked her nipples and massaged her breast..After that I started to rub her vagina from top of her panty for a long time..Then I put my hand inside her panty and started to rub her vagina directly for a minute.. Then I reverted back to rub her vagina from top of her panty..I did this for 10 min non stop and she Cummed...my finger kind of got wet with her orgasm...
After that she rubbed my penis and balls directly (NO BABY OIL) for around 10 minutes, till i Cummed all over her...

I really dont know why but i cant get this out of my mind..I feel somewhere during this incident, there was a risk of catching HIV???
Please let me know, if in any way I can catch HIV like this and also for my massage palours 6 months activities

Appreciate a detail reply

Many thanks

Nothing you have done put you at risk of contracting HIV.

The issue of sexual risk for HIV transmission is really very simple. It's strictly about unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse.

Everything else is risky only in theory. In the real world of HIV we know it's about unprotected intercourse, Fingers, oral, masturbation and all of the other stuff are not risks. You are worrying needlessly.

Just remember to always use condoms and you will be fine as far as HIV is concerned.

Cheers.

Confused about HIV test results

Hi,

I am 28 male and a frequent visitor of body massagle palours, where the girl at the end of the body massage gives me a HAND JOB ONLY!!!

No intercourse or blow job...

As far as I am aware this is really safe and there is no chance of HIV transmission..

I recently undergone a Standard HIV test, the result was NEGATIVE but I am a bit confused about the way they have put the result. Please see below

BLOOD FOR ANTI HIV 1 & 2

METHOD: Enhanced Chemiluminescence assay

REFRENCE RANGES:

NON REACTIVE:  0.00 - 0.89
BORDERLINE:      0.9 -  0.99
REACTIVE:     More than / Equal to 1.00

My result is NON REACTIVE (0.07)

Now should my result not be totally 0.00 rather than being 0.07 ??

Is HIV present in my blood for some odd reason?
I would appreciate a detailed explaination please?

saima,

I've merged your new thread into your original thread - where you should post all your additional thoughts or questions. It helps us to help you when you keep all your additional thoughts or questions in one thread. It doesn't matter how long it has been since you last posted in your thread or if the subject matter is different.

If you need help finding your thread when you come here, click on the "Show own posts" link under your name in the left-hand column of any forum page.

Your test results mean you are hiv negative. You do not have hiv. No surprise there as you haven't been at risk for hiv infection.

saima,

For the purposes of the specific hiv test you took, "non-reactive" means "negative" and a value between 0.00 and 0.89 is a negative result. Your result of 0.07 was well within these values. It doesn't matter why you didn't get 0.00, you are still hiv negative.

And NO, it does not mean there is hiv present in your blood. Hiv antibody tests do not look for the virus itself, it looks for certain proteins associated with hiv antibodies. Some of these proteins are also common to some other components of the body. You must have a huge amount of proteins also present in hiv antibodies in order for you to test hiv positive. Your test result is miles away from being positive.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will continue to avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple! Read through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use them with confidence.

Thanks Ann for the detailed explaination..

One final question, I have a GF and i am not sure about her HIV status. Let us assume she is Positive...

Presently, I dont involve in intercourse or recv blow job..

We give hand jobs to each other and I lick her vagina and make her cum in my mouth...

Trust this is no where close to risk of transmission??

saima,

No, those activities are not risky for hiv infection, even if your gf is hiv positive. Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse with her and you won't have to worry about hiv.

It really is that simple.

Thanks Ann and all

One last query before I go...

If i am to recieve blow job from my GF (Positive) and she licks and sucks my penis and makes me cum in her mouth, is there any chance of HIV transmission like this?

In the entire history of the HIV epidemic there has never been a single confirmed case of transmission to a guy through his getting oral. It's safe to say you won't make history by becoming the first. Receiving oral is not a risk for HIV. Period.

28 male here
I went to a massage parlour to have a sensual body massage, I was fully nude and so was she. she applied oil on my body and in the end, she sat on top of me i.e. on my penis and she moved on top of me..Her vagina was on top of my penis and she was moving back and forth..My penis was not inside her vagina but flat and was brushing against her vagina

I could feel her juices on my penis...also i think my penis brushed against her bottom (ass)...whilst she was sitting on top of me FACE to FACE and moving back and forth

She did the above for a while and then moved away and made me cum by hand job

Is there any slightest risk at all of catching HIV with the way she was moving on top of me..Do i need to got for a test?

You didn't have a risk and you don't need an HIV test.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
