Hello everyone and tank you for all you do.
My situation is this. About 4 weeks ago I had a low risk encounter with a SW that included unprotected cunnilingus and protected vaginal sex. During the protected sex the condom came off for a moments seconds before we realised it.
The last two weeks i experienced some ARS ssymptoms. Severe fatigue. occasional goosebumps and light sweats, no appeteite and some minor lymph swelling in my neck. I did not have any fever or rash.
I saw my doctor last week and they did a completete bloodwork and mono test. The mono test was negative and the doc told my blood tests were all normal. I did not mention the SW encounter
I reviewed them myself and indeed they are but wy total lympocyte count is on the very low side (1074) and the percentage is 13.6%. Could this mean anything durig ARS? I plan on getting testeed and talking to my Doc but right now I'm feeling very alone and afraid.

Below 800/mmu would be considered to starting the low side.

The problem is that when I surf the web on low lymphocyte levels, 90% of the links that come up deal with HIV. Could there be any other causes for this. It appears from my surfing that low levels would be commom in the later stages but nothing is said about total lymph levels during the initial phase.

There are hundreds if reasons for a change in the lymphocyte count. If you were to have a test taken everyday it would be different. You do not have a low lymphocyte count. You are within the normal range.
