Bush wants them to stay until the end of his term.

It kind of makes you think...Why would they want to leave the administration?

Of course he does.

Bush is pathologically incapable of admitting an error or actually apologizing for self-evident mistakes.

Doesn't matter if our vice president supports a form of "interrogation" that we executed people for after WW2.

Doesn't matter if our Secretary of Defense was so incompetent that he actually managed to lose a war against an essentially unarmed nation or the fact that he actually wanted to send LESS troops than we originally sent to begin with until he was overridden by the pentagon.

Bush rewards incompetents.  After blaming George Tenet for supposedly providing him with "faulty intelligence" (which I think is a load of bs), Chimpy actually gave the man the Medal of Freedom.

Then gave the position of CIA director to a man who admitted he was unqualified to be a member of the CIA.

And declared that Michael Brown, a man who had no business being in his job at FEMA to begin with, a pat on the back while New Orleans was drowning.

And nominated a wholly unqualified sycophant to the Supreme Court, until she was forced to withdraw after it became obvious that she would be soundly rejected even by his loyal lapdogs in Congress.

So it's no surprise that Bush is sticking by his incompetent people he surrounded himself with.

This entire administration seems to think we work for them instead of the other way around.

Bush wants them to stay until the end of his term.

...And so the ship begins to sink even faster.
And I myself enjoyed the many faces of "Brownie!"  It was always so entertaining to try and guess who he was gonna blame this week rather than accept his part of the responsibility

Hey Libvet,

This is certainly true when it comes to Bush and his administration. They are trying to get off of the ship that is sinking fast.
