I am getting a cat
« on: August 13, 2014, 05:47:10 am »
My Doctor prescribed me a pussy cat and I contacted my nurse and told her. She rang me back today to tell me that I now have permission to have a cat where I live. I will now save up for him/her and buy her from the cat protection society within a month. I am so excited ;D I will spoil the cat and love it and it will be my friend.

Cats are snakes with fur.

Get a dog.

If I die in my sleep a dog would sit at the end of the bed and whimper until we're both found dead months later. A cat on the other hand will eat my corpse. So better karma for me if I get a cat  ;)

I dunno. Something that would starve to death in your honour. That sounds pretty good to me.

The English Bulldog I had would have probably broke down and had a nibble at some point but she would be making an adorable sad face while she dined .

Congrats on the pussy.  ;)  I'd happily send you as many as you desire from the great state of Ohio.  We're a land where they round up the poor doggies and kill them but cats run wild with no recourse because they are considered a companion animal and therefore it's illegal to shoot humanely euthanize them.

My little neighborhood recently made national news as we have had an epidemic of cat murders.  At last count, over 70 have been found lifeless.

Back on topic:  Hope your new addition brings great comfort.  I miss having a best friend and have been constantly checking the shelters for my next perfect puppy.
