hello!!
12weeks ago  I  had fingerd and deep kissed a girl.23days  after this exposure  I had a serious skin rash  all over my bodys.It's just like the ARS rash. And i had sore throat ， low fever and diarrhea .I was so scard!!!!  I am still anxious about hiv now!!! I am going to crazy!!! help me!!!

You have not had a risk for hiv infection. Fingering is not a risk. Kissing is not a risk. Not one person has ever been infected through either activity and you won't be the first.

If you feel unwell, see a doctor. Whatever is going on has nothing to do with hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

thank you  ann! so you  mean  I can't  get hiv frme this  exposure?? AND  my worries is  not necessary?But  I  can't understand why  many symptoms   appeared  in the time .Was it just  a coincidence or may  caused by my anxiety. sorry  my  english  is  poor.

thank you sir! But the symptoms  really scared me ! Were  it  nothing to do with HIV.I haven't sex with girl friend for 2 months.

Your symptoms had nothing to do with hiv.

You did not have a risk for hiv infection.

If you're worried about your illness, see a doctor. While we cannot diagnose you over the internet, we CAN tell you that it wasn't hiv causing the problem.

You might also want to ask him or her for a referral to a mental health therapist to help you get your fears and emotions under control. We cannot help you with that here.

Thanks Ann!  The last  question.So you think .I can't  get hiv  from this exposure and  I can come back to my life with no fear for hiv right? whatever the symptoms I had experienced  had  nothing to do with hiv ?All my problem is my anxiety right?

NO you cannot get hiv from fingering or kissing. It wasn't an exposure because you couldn't have been exposed through fingering or kissing.

Yes, get on with your life.

Your symptoms had nothing to do with hiv. They could have been caused by anxiety, or something else. We cannot tell you why you were ill, but we CAN tell you it wasn't hiv.

Ann, I am SO HAPPY (Delighted, esctatic, exhilerated, blown away, psyched) to have found this site, and this board.

I have been living as an HIV Poz man for two years now.  I can not TELL you how many guys I have run across who actually believe that I can "Spread the Bug" by kissing, by sharing utensils, by sneezing on them, and by other no- or low-risk sexual activity.  I am thoroughly convinced that Pozophobes are a bigger danger to the gay community than Homophobes.  It absolutely blows my mind that so many people know so little about one of the most important health issues of our time....

...Reading through the forums, I must note that your advice is non-hysterical, factual, objective, and right on-target.  It's a breath of fresh air....Keep up the GREAT work!
