Windows Media Player- Question
« on: August 14, 2006, 06:58:10 pm »
I have Windows Media Player on my desktop & laptop computers. When I rip a CD onto my desktop using WMP the song titles automatically are listed, but on my laptop the titles do not show up. I have to type all the info in. It gets a little tiresome entering all that data. Is there a setting that I need to set or reset to automatically make the song titles appear? I am downloading Cd's before going to Montreal. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dan J.

Hi I have an ipod and when I import a cd to itunes isee that something called cddb comes up.
First I would look in the help section of media player because I am sure it works the same way. the first time I downloaded  no tune titles came up.
If not then google cddb.
