I found the drug, which is sildenafil citrate (generic Viagra) and it's made by Ranbaxy.  It's on a lot of the drug sites that ship from India or China to the US.  Check with your doctor to see if you can use ED drugs.  The main issue using them is either any health issues you may have, such as low blood pressure or heart problems, or interactions with any meds you are taking.

As to whether you should take the ones you have?  That's your call, but unless they are still in their original packaging, I'd be very leery.  You just don't know what they may contain.

If it was me -- I'd throw those pills in the trash.  You really have no idea what they are -- regardless of what it says.  I find the idea of giving pills, unasked and untold to someone as a free sample highly suspect.

Enjoy your toy though......

I have to agree with Bocker. You really have no clue what is in those pills.  Besides the potential for drug to drug reactions.  How do you know if those pills would be safe for your liver.  Liver disease is like the #1 cause of death for HIV pos folks.  Taking an unknown drug or herb just sounds too risky to me.  IMHO.

Toss 'em. Even if they are in the manufacturer's packaging, you have no idea the chain of custody before they arrived in your bag.

So get the real stuff if you want to experiment.  But a freebie with a sex toy, sounds iffy.

Apparently you must not be aware of consequences such as the following:

An erection that does not go away (priapism) is a medical emergency. Get to the hospital emergency room immediately. Ask your health care provider about getting treatment for the condition causing priapism.

 ???

(But then again if you were considering taking who knows what slipped to you in a bag from a sex shop....)

Cialis is a lot of fun!  Never gave me a 4 hour hard on, which nobody wants. But you'll pop a boner whenever you are horny, all weekend long.  Its a bit artificial for an experience, but its worth a try.

It's also important to understand that cialis and viagra have potentially nasty side effects. They can interact with medications, notably certain protease inhibitors like atazanavir.

Combining viagra with recreational drugs from the amphetamine class can be problematic.

Maybe they were just handing out free samples that day. But I would be very hesitant to take unsolicited pills from a stranger. Sounds a little risky to me.
