Wanted To Share With The Group....

Just wanted to share with the group that this past weekend I had the joy...even the pleasure... of meeting two of our forum family members
from Minnesota...on their way to Miami to start a new life.  I don't think I've met two more endearing personalities in quite some time.  I am
honored to call them my new friends and wish them the very best in starting their new lives in Florida.  Here in Mobile we are celebrating Mardi Gras
and the four of us went downtown to catch a parade and ended up having a wonderful time.  Thank you guys....you made my weekend.  I hope those
here on the fourm will join with me in wishing the best for these two brave souls who have shown great courage moving over a thousand miles away
from their home to begin a new.  Good Luck Guys! :-* :-*

Current Meds ; Viramune / Epzicom Eliquis, Diltiazem. Pravastatin 80mg, Ezetimibe. UPDATED 2/18/24
 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.
CD 4 @593 /  CD4 % @ 18 %

Lymphocytes,total-3305 (within range)

cd4/cd8 ratio -0.31

cd8 %-57

The cat is cheating actually!  Push-ups should be done with the whole body away from the floor...§ ;D   The little kitty can go on forever like that!
