I *lived* for Dynasty and Alexis.

Joan acts like a drag queen, Linda looks like one.

I'll never forget sitting at Popeye's Chicken when it first opened in Kenmore Square. For some unknown reason, my Venezuelan lover and his best friend had to go. We were sitting there and they suddenly decided to demonstrate how Alexis would eat her chicken nuggets, picking up one, biting it and throwing it back in the box.

I didn't think I'd ever stop laughing.

Loved the sudden introduction of 'Star Wars music' to accompany the catfight.  :D
If you get a chance, catch Footballers Wives on the BBC channel, Joan Collins has a role in 3 episodes, so far. She's a wonder to behold even today.

Got a craving for Popeyes fried chicken now.

I also loved that show. Looked forward every week, to sitting in our local tavern for "Dynasty night". We would all start it off with a glass of champagne !!  ;)

In Dallas, at JR's Bar and Grill that is the only time you would find it quiet in there. They showed it on the Big Screen and they always had Dynasty Parties.

Another good one.
1.) Watch the poor pooch on the bed
2.) Love when Alexis says "I was defending the freedom of the press."

There were only two seasons?

http://www.amazon.com/Dynasty-Seasons-1-Geoffrey-Scott/dp/B000QUEQ72/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2/104-2883230-3067909?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1187927492&sr=8-2

I think I'm going to get the credit card out soon..

Milker.

No...there were 9 seasons.  the first 5 were the best....the show peaked in season 5 and went downhill fast....although its last season the show was coming around some, but alas, it was canceled.

I too wasn't allowed to watch Dynasty. I remember my younger brother and I were in the family room playing a board game and my parents were watching the show. A scene came on where the gay guy said I love you to another guy. My mother screamed "WHAT IS THIS S**T!" and made us both go to our rooms.
