i went to a memorial for a day old baby tonight... her mom is a wonderful friend of mine, it was a total surprise to the parents that there was anything wrong, let alone anything life threatening.. my friend , and mom of said baby, has been a rock for me... i stayed only a short time after we presented the gift of memorial to her.. all i could do was cry and kiss her face... telling her that i love her, and that bad things happen to good people... CHRIST!!! i feel so bad for her and her husband... she is a strong woman.. at least there is that...

Oh, Sweetie!!! How sad, and how good of you to be there for them, with so much going on in your own life I know it means so much to them when you support them like that. You are a gem!

thanks sweetpea... its been a hell of a 2 weeks up here in the land of cow pathes... days like today... i just want to stop playin the game... i have cryed more then i have sodium in my body... but then my daughter says... hey mom... do you think this would look good for school pictures tomorrow? it really isnt up to me now is it? I gotta keep on keepin on!! what doesnt kill me makes me stronger

I was so sorry to hear about your friend and her little one...no parent should ever have to bury a child, there are days when you have to wonder what the hell is this world all about, but I'm glad you were able to be there for her.
