Hi, is it okay to have flu and pneumonia vaccine? Our company will be hosting free shots, just wondering if there would be side effects if I take it.  :)

Some people report that they feel a little achy but the shots are very well tolerated by most people . I never have any symptoms when I get my flu shot . Get the shots , take some Tylenol and you will be fine . I'm encouraging you to get the vaccines if you cant tell . ;)

A little achy is better than a week flat on your back with the flu , or worse .

Why are they offering these at the end of the flu season?  I was under the impression that it's always best to have them in late Autumn.  Regardless, there's nothing to fear from the shots themselves.  Been having them yearly my entire adult life.
