Are Goji Berries an Immune Booster?
« on: October 31, 2008, 04:38:30 am »
A friend of mine told me that dried Goji berries are an amazing supplement that appear to do everything from boosting T-cells and liver function to picking winning lottery numbers. Googling "goji" brings up a number of web sites that seem to support those claims (except the lottery numbers). Has anyone tried these babies? Do they work?

I've tried them in the past... to no great effect but, I googled them online and found out that there are over 40 varieties some of which may not have the effects as others... and some that maybe tainted through pollutants... but, you can grow your won which I have over 50 types of herbs growing in my herb garden... so I guess I'll try growing these next year... thanks for this topic...
