This entire thread has been reviewed previously by the current AMG 2011 Grants Committee.  In addition, many members who were part of the Grants Committee referenced in the thread, as well as many involved in the AMG discussed in the thread, have been spoken to via PM and phone calls to learn from their experiences.

I just re-read that entire thread.  I sure hope we don't have that sort of frustration, drama, or general disagreements this year!  In fact, I'm kinda counting on us NOT having them.  Let's keep it all 'positive'.
