« on: December 26, 2008, 04:09:39 am »
Happy holidays, everyone.

For those newly infected and those who have lived with this for years, I wanna wish each of you a year filled with good health and good friends and family.  Gonna be fine in 2009!

I think alot of people frequently come up with new year's resolutions at this time.  Here are a few questions you can ponder that might help you have a better 2009.

1) What small achievable and sustainable steps can you take in 2009 to improve your health?
2) What achievable and sustainable steps can you take in 2009 to improve your diet?
3) Can you get better about taking your meds? seeing your doc?
4) What can you to help someone else have a better life?  can you listen? volunteer?
5) Can you take the time to be involved?  Write your politician?
6) Can you do something each day, each week to enjoy life?
7) If you have a partner, can you do something each day to let that person know how special and important they are?
8) Can you be better about discolsure?
9) Can you be better about safe sex?

These are 9 simple questions that might help you find something that makes life better in 2009.

May your 2009 match the best of your dreams.
Don't obsess over the wrong things.  Life isn't about your numbers, it isn't about this forum, it isn't about someone's opinion.  It's about getting out there and enjoying it.   I am a person with HIV - not the other way around.
