gracias

Hi Dark Oaxboy, welcome to the forums.

You might try the database at aidsmap.com. I entered "France" and got 179 results. You may want to further refine the search by entering the city to which you will be closest.

Good luck!

¡Buena suerte!

Ann

HIV is certainly character-building. It's made me see all of the shallow things we cling to, like ego and vanity. Of course, I'd rather have a few more T-cells and a little less character. Randy Shilts

Hola Dark.

Suerte

Hello Dark.

If you go to France with a visa, you should have no trouble getting medical coverage with the public system, which is very good.

If you work, your employer is required to affiliate to the "Sécurité Sociale" in this case, HIV will have health coverage of 100% including access to treatment (to be confirmed, but I may be wrong).

If you do not work or have very low income (or student), there is what is called the CMU, "couverture universelle medical" which gives you the same benefits that membership as a worker.

You can find france putting CMU, on google.

No visa, you can not access these benefits and the situation is complicated. Recomandaría you not to leave your treatment, inclusive, during such a long period. I do not know which is the reason for this trip, but you keep thinking that should be a priority tratamiendo if you want to maintain good health in the long term. The other thing is to get a reservation of Medicines before leaving, I heard there was like getting good prices in Central America, but do not know how ...

In France, there are a number of associations and social networks that can give you interesting information and you should look about it, really do not know anything about it. I doubt that someone leave France without treatment regardless of their immigration status, but be careful if you think of traveling without a visa and yes, we have proceeded to the deportation of people in the past regardless of their health status.
