I have been taking sustiva and truvada for the last year now.  For the most part I have not had too many side effects (no nightmares) other than sluggish mornings and fuzziness and dizziness in the late mornings.  I have been considering switching to Viramune due to the sluggishness and dizziness.  However, about a week ago I started taking a multi vitamin and noticed that the fuzziness and dizziness is almost gone.  Not totaly gone but  about 90% better.  Has anybody else had a similiar experience?

The fuzziness in the early morning I attrubute to not waiting long enough after eating to take the sustiva - I usually try to always wait at least 3 hours before tkaing the sustiva, otherwise the fuzziness in the morning is pretty darn bad.  The dizziness in the late morning (around 11-12)though has always concerned me as it does cause issues at work.  Any thoughts - low blood sugar perhaps?  Do you think the multi-vitamin might be helping with stablizing my blood suagr?  any thoughts?

Thanks,
Brad

I discovered a good strong cup of coffee gets the fuzziness out in the mornings.  It was a recommendation I saw on this site.  When on the road I have a red-eye at Starbucks which is a shot of expresso added to the coffee of the day.  It keeps me hyper all day long !!

I recently discovered a supplement that helps with Sustiva fuzziness... it's called Viramune.  Totally works for me!   ;)
