CANADA HIV assistance?

Hi to everyone.
I'm planning to emigrate in Ontario, Canada.
Actually I'm HIV+ for 10 years, and I follow Atripla treatment.
What about Health care in Ontario? I mean: after I've obtain a regular Work permit, a Domicile and OHIP card, how does it work? Have I to pay for my drugs?
It could appear like a stupid trouble, but in my country (Italy) HIV assistance is totally free, whereas it seems to me to have a cost in Canada.
Does someone could help me to understand how it works?

Health care in Canada is universal health care and is paid for by a monthly contribution from the patient, as well as supported by taxes.  Health care is administered by each Province or Territory.

These sources can help you determine what health services will be available to you.  We use a combination of federally funded and private insurance (if necessary) to deliver health care.

I would suggest you start with the Ontario AIDS Network, who can advise you based on where you plan to live in Ontario.
