Hello guys,
first of all I want to thank every one of you for your supports and efforts.
Before asking the question, I want to mention that after my encounter I read a lot and I know the risk of oral sex is negligible; but I could not stop myself to ask the question.
10 day ago I had unprotected insertive oral sex and protected vaginal sex with a female sex worker. She was coughing at the beginning and at the end. And after we have finished she coughed a lot and threw some bloody spit.
Now I am very scared if during oral sex some of that blood go inside my urethra. I do not have any wounds on my penis.
Today my tensils are sore and I have some mild fewer. Can these be the early symptoms?

Getting a blowjob is absolutely not a risk for hiv infection. Not only is saliva not infectious, it also contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect. These proteins and enzymes would have prevented any blood in her mouth from being able to infect you.
Unless you are in the habit of repeatedly punching someone in the mouth before they blow you, there could not possibly be enough blood present to worry about.
If I were you, I'd be much more worried about the possibility of having been exposed to TB than hiv. You were not at risk for hiv infection during this blowjob.
Here's what you need to know in order to remain hiv negative:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.
To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST OVER THIS BLOWJOB, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.
Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

and also thanks for advices. For vaginal and anal intercourse I am always protected. I am using d***x condoms, which I believe is the best. (I did not write the band, bu you have understood)
Normally having sex with sex workers is not something I always do. I am not judging the people by the way, just I like romantic relationships. I was always loyal to my partners, but for a long time I was alone and I believe I wanted to try that.
Perhaps that is the reason why I am becoming crazy about hiv and looking for a symptom on my body. Anyway you say I have no risk from that intercourse and I do not need to be tested. Now I will try to calm down and move on.

It's not uncommon for guys to worry more about HIV when they have been with a sex worker. But the issue or risk not about whom you are with but rather whether or not condoms were used for vaginal/anal intercourse. As long as you always use a condom then you are well protected. It's really just that simple.

hi Andy,
I always use condoms for anal and vaginal, but not oral. But from now on I believe I should use one during oral. Because this fear and stress eating me from inside out...

That's up to you for your peace of mind. Unnecessary as far as any risk via oral, but like I said, up to you.
