…all about text-based counselling, via email & IMS -  how to set up new services, & also best practise etc for existing ones.

Very good course, by the people at the telephone helplines association. Met some very nice people, including the random attendee from marks and spencers welfare department. Trainer was brill, gold star, & he even managed to finish on time, unheard of where health & social care folks are concerned.

Complaints: vege sandwiches were dire, n room temp was arctic or tropical glasshouse, no in-between…but that aside, two thumbs up.

I even got a certificate

Great stuff!

Veg sandwiches? You mean those horrid white bread with curling edges and a piece of dried up rock hard bright orange cheese affairs? Yuck. Then there's always the stinky soggy egg extravaganzas. Mmmmm.... Oh well, at least they made some sort of effort. I've been to training days where they didn't even have dire veg sandwiches.... just chicken legs and ham sand.

At least you finished on time and had a certificate to show for it.
