Peter Staley On MSNBC--VIDEO

At home and watching my favorite openly gay anchorman, Thomas Roberts.  I was surprised to see Peter on.  Very cool Thomas Roberts uses his platform to discuss important issues.  And, this site was shown.  I guess I need to hook up my TIVO to the computer, instead of holding my phone to the TV.

I'm not filled with optimism honestly.  I'm optimistic that the US govt is only worried about stopping transmission by getting all of us on medication no matter the need.  The idea that if all HIV infected folks are on drugs, then there would be none or little transmission.  So now we have to be responsible for folks not protecting themselves.

Those numbers are troubling to me about the amount of transmission in the US compared to Africa.  This used to be opposite so that tells me we aren't paying enouth attention to those of us  here in the US.  Africa is important, but so is the US.

OK, thats enough negativity for a friday, let me get back in control.
