Let me start out by saynig my name is Brad, and I am a 24 year old male and bisexual. I am from Texas, but recently went on vacation to Paris France for about 3 weeks. I just got back from the trip yesterady. The trip was a good experience, other than the weather, it rained for 2 straight weeks and then it was cloudy the last week..hah. Anyways, on my final day... i felt bored with the attractions and saw an advertisement for a famous local escort service. I said hey, what the hell..why not. I wasnt feeling bi at the time, so signed up for all girls... I could of had a few guys too, but I didnt want any penises involved.
So on the last day (earlier this week), I signed up and registered for them to show up at my room at 4pm. 3 girls showed up, pretty hot lookin too. They claim they are 100% clean. Anyways, we were talkin and just foolin around... nothing really nasty yet. We ate some french bread that was in the room... and then around 8pm I started to feel the urge. They wanted to blidnfold me, so I didnt argue. they proceeded to massage me, and feel me up and down. I felt a wet mouth on my penis, so I assumed I was receiving a blow job too. Anyways, all was going well... when i mentioned I was bisexual. One of the girls mentioned she had a dildo in her bag...so I said oh really...you cna tkae it out if you want (still blindfolded). SO, she took it out...and all of a sudden I feel a penis insert into my anus. It was feeling great, then it started to feel warm... I ripped my blindfold off and to my surprise it was a shemale. One of the girls claimed it was a realistic looking dildo, but i yanked it and it was attached to him. She/he had a penis and was penetrating my anus. Before I could jump off, he ejaculated in my anus. I went to bathroom after the encounter and went to hover over the toilet and did a "Squeeze poop" motion so all the semen coudl come out, and started screaming at them. I also rolled up some toilet paper and put soap on it and tryed as best I could to stick it up my anus. They quickly gathered their clothes, got dressed and left. I left the next morning and acme home... im worried I got aids from this shemale ejaculating in my anus. This story may sound weird... but I was drunk too... please give me any info you can. Should I go be tested?

First up, please don't use terms like "clean" when referring to HIV. I'm HIV+ and your use of the term "clean" suggests that I and other positive people are in some way "dirty". I'm sure you didn't mean anything offensive by it, but it's considered insensitive and rude.
That said someone ejaculating inside your anus/rectum is indeed a potential risk for HIV transmission. You'll need to be tested for HIV infection 12-13 weeks from the date of this incident. Also all sexually active people should have a full STD screen (which includes an HIV antibody test) at least twice a year. You should be tested for other STD's as a result of your Parisian escapades.

It's cool. I'm not offended. It's a common mistake that many people make when talking about HIV. You know better now so there's no harm done.
I'm unfamiliar with the Redlight District of Paris, so I'm not sure how you'd contact the shemale you refer to. Perhaps the telephone? ;) Seriously, I don't really see how contacting her is going to help you any. You need to test at 12-13 weeks irrespective of what she might tell you even if you could speak with her. Testing is the only way in which you can be certain of your HIV status.
You need to know that other STD's such as herpes, chlamydia, gonorrhoea and syphilis are much more infectious than (and often more prevalent) than HIV. So I'd make getting tested for those as well as HIV a priority if I were you.

Sorry Brad, I was posting when you edited your message.
Can you attend a sexual health or HIV clinic in your area? Staff at such places are trained in talking about these issues. The fact that your sexual partner in Paris was a shemale is not really relevant. What is relevant is that someone blew their load inside your backdoor. Just explain that you had receptive unprotected anal sex and it involved ejaculation and you should be ok.
It can be embarrassing to talk about, but you've gotta do it babe. I mean if you can tell a parrot, you can tell a doctor. ;)

I just signed up for one, but they are not doing it for another 2 weeks. Thanks for telling me how Ishould approach it.
How high of a risk was this on a scale of 1-10 and can i prevent it?

Numbers like 1 - 10 are pretty meaningless when it comes to this stuff. You had a risk encounter. It's more risky than some encounters, but even so HIV is not an easy virus to transmit. There's a pretty good chance that you'll test negative at the 12-13 week mark. But when it comes to something as serious as HIV/AIDS, pretty good is not good enough. We need to be certain that's why you have to test at 3 months.
As for preventing it, there is something called Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) which means taking anti HIV drugs for a period of time in the hope of preventing infection. It has to be commenced within 72 hours of the event. 24-48 hours preferably. I really don't think it applies in your case since, we we don't know if the shemale was infected and any rate I'm guessing the maximum time period to commence has elapsed.
The real trick to prevent HIV transmission is to use condoms whenever you have anal or vaginal sex with anybody. Receptive or insertivce. As you've also discovered excessive alcohol consumption and fun sexy nights are not always a good mix. You need to remain in control, especially when you're doing the good thang with people you don't know in unfamiliar surroundings.
