Hi
I had 5 of my painting in the local cafe in town, on the suggestion of the owner..and I sold two more, but I only know how to upload one at a time...I'm really starting to enjoy this.. :D, and it has given me the motivation i was lacking since moving to NZ.

I hope you are doing what I told my mom to do, take pictures and keep an album of your work!  You are very talented, and you will want to show off your abilities.

Thank you all..I'm glad you like the painting...here is the other one I sold..this one took me about 6 weeks to do, I was never sure if i was going to finish it or not with everything else going on.

I've had two phone calls this evening from a couple of  ladies who saw the paintings in the cafe and want me to do a painting of the Zebras for them also.

IZPOS...I take photo's of my painting and keep them on a disc..it's nice to go back and look at them once in a while.

Very impressive. Maybe you could sell them online... To include more than one picture per post, click on "more attachments" after loading the first one. I think the maximum if 4 per post. If they are too big you will have to reduce them in size.

I cant quit looking at the Zebras. I have come back to this thread a dozen times just to look them.

I love that painting. It looks more like a photo than a painting. You are very talented and I hope you keep doing paintings. It would be a shame not to with your talent.

Hi everyone

I just wanted to answer a few questions that some of you had, and to stress that I'm not an artist, just a hobby painter, I only do things I like..'cause I'm really selfish like that.. :D

Swede dish...I just use acrylics, easy to use, fast drying and no mess.

Rod..a romp in the hay would be a fine chance... :D

Eric..yes they are Zebra's.. ;)..give Will a big hug back for me.

Andy I started painting about 5/6 years ago

Dingo I have a great poster of a giraffe and her baby..I may try and give it a go and see how it turns out..never done anything like that before.

Robert I have seen a print of a cartoony (sp?) cow that is really cute..I kind of like it...might even try and give that a go as well... :D

To everyone else thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement, I enjoy doing them and I love that you like them...but like I said I'm just a hobby painter and I'm not in it to make money..I was just lucky to have sold the one's I have.
