I am stuck here @ the Nashville Airport for 8 hours

I made it here by 8:00 PM. I can't check in until 4:00 AM. Boy, it's going to be a long night. Should've gotten a hotel room, but I didn't.  This place is dead & there is NOTHING going on.

I could get drunk in the lounge, but I better rethink that one. This is kinda "weird".

Ready to get on the plane and get the hell out of Tennessee!

Dan, I hope you can find a place to stretch out and sleep some...

Hang in there!  I leave for the airport at 6 am...thought about the hotel thing too but decided against it.  I, too, don't want to pay to leave my car at the airport for six days and am still thinking of callling a cab in the morning.  We will all be smiling in Montreal this time tomorrow night!

We'll be at the airport by 5:00am here.  We'll have about a 3 hour layover in Philadelphia and then we're on to Montreal.  We'll see some of you at the airport in Montreal and the rest later in the day!  I hope everybody has a totally uneventful flight.

Gosh that's awful Dan. I know how you feel. I was stuck in Frankfurt airport for 5 hours in the wee hours. Did you know that the international terminal is 264 paces from start to finish and is 34 cinder blocks high? OK I don't remember the actual number but I did count them - twice..

I doubt anything exciting is going to happen here at the Nashville airport. This place is DEAD!  I'm trying to conserve  my laptop battery, cause I know I will need to use the computer later on. Going to TRY and get a little sleep, but I seriously doubt I will get any. The anticipation is really starting to build now.

             Marc and I are leaving in the morning from Louisville...layover in Chicago and then Montreal tomorrow afternoon around 3.  Hope you manage to occupied yourself while your there...Buy a book or a magazine...take a nap but whatever you do...dont start drinking.  Talk about making you more depressed.....Yikes!  I'm thinking of you so know you are not ALONE in that quiet place.  :-*

I wasn't serious about having cocktails. Drank a beer at 10:00 before everything closed for the night.  I have been trying to take a nap, but it is noisy in  this place. Vaccum cleaners, announcements all the time, workers cleaning etc... This is an airport it should be busy all the time. At least I thought it would be  anyway. I need to find somewhere to juice up my laptop. This old fag is going to need a nap when I make it to the hotel....

SEE YA IN CANADA!!!
