Hello everyone!! :)
I've been taking my pills regularly.... well I think so.... I mean I'm suppossed to take them at 11.30pm but somedays, maybe 20 or 30% of the times it can happen at 12.30 or 1.00 am.... Am I not doing really badly or is it ok???
Any opinions on this, anyone has done it and it is been OK?

I began HAART with your two drugs [for one month] and have been on Atripla which is one pill [a combination of your two drugs] since Aug 06. Generally, I take it anywhere between 9-midnight depending on my schedule. My VL went undetectable almost since as soon as I started and has remained so. I feel fortunate that my regimen is minimal compared to others and that it works. I won't rock the boat and it's easy for me now.
More important is to stay adherent or compliant to your meds, that is, DON'T miss a daily dose. Do what it takes to help you take your pills, set an alarm, do it as you watch a favorite TV, plan ahead and take your pill(s) with you if you know u won't be home.
LOL, I even took an extra dose a couple of times the next morning instead of my Bactrim -- quite the trip in the middle of the morning - but just get back on schedule.
How's it working for ya? My first night was quite enjoyable: hallucinations, wild dreams. I still get the 'buzz' 3-4 times a week. Never know when it's gonna happen. It's suggested to take without food. I've done both food and empty stomach. But that's me and again it's working for me.

Consider your adherence perfect. Anthing within +2 hrs over the on-the-dot timing can be considered perfect. :)

UFFFF thank you... So I'm on the right track...
Once taking it at 1.30am in between two shots of whiskey............. MMMMmm I got all wasted so quickly. So I guess alcohol will affect much quicker. This is a pain in the ars!! But oh well, I hope to be able to do someday a break or holliday treatment.
