2 weeks ago I met a guy, the exposure were as followed kissing, place penis between butt and slightly penis may had touch his anus(absolutely no penetration), and mutual masturbation(pre cum only), what have me worried is durning the masturbation the guy did rub out penis together, possibly allowing his pre cum to come in contact with my tip of penis.so a few days ago I started to get of what seem to be a cold, I wasn't to much worried about the risk , until I felt my lymp nodes in airpits to begain to swollen, rushed to the ER, RN confirm slighty lymp nondes, but both ER doctor  could not feel anything and didn't seem to be concern about the risk. I do have a untreated tooth absces, which does causes me to have cold/sinus.
Can hiv be passed on this way?
If not why? 
Symptoms slight fever(2days), coughing&running nose

Not one thing you did was even a remote risk for HIV . HIV is transmitted sexually from unprotected anal and vaginal sex . Its not transmitted from kissing, rubbing of the genitals or masturbation .

HIV is fragile and becomes damaged once outside the human body due to small changes in temperature and PH levels its instantly damaged and rendered unable to infect . No one has been infected in the manner you are concerned with and you will not be the first .

 Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Although you did not have a risk and do not need to test for this specific incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Thank Ann, can you help me understand the way of transmission. I was told infection occur with the exchange of fuilds which is what happen in my exposure. I do understand hiv does die after leaving the body but not in seconds.

HIV is not infectious once it leaves the confines of the human body . You are worrying over nothing . We see allot of no risk situations but yours ranks up in the top of the list of no risk ...  there is no way you became infected in the manner you are concerned over .

You can go test and collect your negative result if you cant accept the facts . We told you how HIV is transmitted .

My results were negative, but I am still in the window period so I also had a 4gen test done as well, but I want get the results for about another week. I am so nervous and scared. I understand that my risk is considered no risk, but with all the symptoms coming the exact timeframe as ARS have me really scared. Can everyone just pray that everything will ok thank a lot, will share my results as soon as I hear them

Your results will not change, because you have tested negative for HIV and YOU NEVER HAD A RISK.

I have no idea why you are logging mod reports over such old threads and posts.
Anyhow its simple any site talking about "oral" is sadly mistaken to start with as "oral" covers so many sins, if a site or source can't even be bothered to break it down and be more specific than "oral" that it not worth reading in my opinion.   

I don't understand the concern other than its a "oral" issue as such ill presume its regarding the common asked one "BJ"
 
To break it down giving a BJ is theoretical risk at best as the mouth simply lacks the cells to infect without damage. So unless you have gaping wounds in your mouth don't panic and move on and just test as you normally would.

As for getting you penis sucked BTW it is simply not a HIV risk at all.

Remember whatever you believe to test regularly for STI's including HIV and use condoms. 

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

Ok straight to the point, I am gay male who had a exposure on last Sunday. Receive oral, had protected anal sex insertive ( did water test to check for holes or breaks), condemned stay in tact. Perform rimming. Next day after develop a sore on the right side of mouth in the crease of lips.( forget the medical term for it), three days after digonosed with tontilisi, swollen lymph nodes in neck. Was given med at doctor, tonsils felt better today (7 days post exposed). Do I have HIV? Did I put myself at risk? Should symptoms show up so quickly? The lymph nodes really scare me, although I have been able to feel them before this, they seem bigger now. Can rimming transmitted hiv?

You certainly did not contract HIV from the incident(s) you describe in your post.

Receiving unprotected oral sex is not a risk for HIV infection, but could be a risk for other STD's/STI's.

Protected anal sex is not a risk for HIV infection.

Rimming is not a risk for HIV infection, but could expose you to certain bacterial infections.

Your symptoms, whatever they may be, are not related to HIV from the incident(s) you describe in your post.  If your swollen lymph nodes continue to bother you, seek medical attention and advice.

Okay.... I really think I may have contracted hiv here, my tonsils are still swollen and lymph nodes after being on antibiotics for two days now, wake up this morning at 230am with a temp of 98.1. Could I be the first to get hiv from rimming?

No, you will not be the first to contract the HIV through "rimming."

Consult your healthcare provider to determine the cause of your symptoms and for appropriate treatment, if any is required.

Okay so I posted yesterday, and was reassure that my exposure was not a risk for hiv. My exposure was, received unprocted oral, inserted procted anal sex me being the top, and unprocted rimming. Condom stay intact no leaks, breakage, or tears. Did water test to prove it. ( still have condom). After four days came down with tontliist, been on antibiotics for the past two days now, without any real relive of symptoms, but the antibiotics does appear to decrease the amount of white patches, but tontils and lymph nodes are still very sollwen. Wake up this with a lite night sweat and oral temp was 98.1. I don't understand how I didn't have a risk with all of this symptoms. I read a report that states that the tonsils is a door way for hiv. So I must have gotten some of the guy rectal fluids on tonsils and was infected. I will having a hiv test today, fourth gen rapid. I know if the test is negative it means absolutely nothing. I can't afford a RNA test, will the ER do a RNA test? I really do wants to believe you guys on this site, but my symptoms are too alarming to Belive I had no risk. I about to lose everything, haven't been to work since the whole ordeal started.

You had no risk from this incident, its simple HIV is not transmitted this way and after 40 years of studying this virus you are not going to be making world history by being the first case ever either.

RNA testing over what? If you have HIV its not from this incident and RNA testing is not recommended due to the high levels of false results.

Move on and keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other easier to transmit STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV.

So are you saying that the case studies done is wrong. There were case studies done on monkeys and human tonsils tissues that prove the tonsils are a route to infection. Being the insertive partner in rimming is equally to performing oral sex with ejaculation would you agree? If now why? Sorry for posting a new trend couldn't find my orginal one.

No sir you had no risk, you are not a monkey 

If you had bleeding wounded tonsils at the time, creating a route in your body to the cells HIV can infect in humans and than the guy was bleeding blood from his backside at the time and you were directly sucking up the blood in quantity from the wounds without exposure to air or barriers, maybe, but that did not happen. Its would be crazy, you simply had no risk.

Biologically in humans and HIV (No monkeys and SIV) You need to be in contact with the virus, in quantity capable of infection very few fluids do that in humans and a route that is not exposed to barriers such as environment and air and than it need to reach cells to infect that your mouth as a human lacks.

I mean it now - Post about this again and I will ban you as we simply can't help you here. Its utterly irrational fears and seeking a risk where you had none.
