Hello doctor.

I am 27 years old male  currently living in canada.From the last 4 weeks I am under alot of stress.I went to russian escort she looks 30 yrs had unprotectd oral sex and protected vaginal.In the start she tried to suck my penis but in 10 seconds i stopped her and asked her to stop.she licked under and around my scrotum that happened for 15mns i *** in her mouth. She also spit in my uretha for once when i was lying down the bed.

My symptoms are-
1-After 4 days i had sore throat  no pain in my throat but a little cough after that  sore throat  went away again my throat became dry after 5 or 6 days with little cough.no fever.
     
   I had basic std test done after 13 days post exposure and all negative.(hiv,syphills,gonorrhea,chlamydia,hep)Blood test.

.I started feeling some burning feeling on my left neck on 27 dec 2012. i work at night and never out to sun .I went to doctor and he said there may be many reasons for this burning and he prescribed me betamethasone valerate 0.1% cream and ask me to appply for 7 days.I am on 6th day but the burning is as it is.What i think is burning is increased a liitle and covering more part and includes back of shoulder as well there is no rash or no redness on there.On 5th day i.e (31 dec 2012) I developed two yellow spots(circular dots) on my tonsils.I thought it might be due to herpes and  I went to other doctor he did my physical examination and said it is not herpes and neither it  is pus and said tonsils can trap food particles and it looks like the same..He checked my genitals and all lymph nodes and ears and didn't see anything abnormal.But my main concern is burning on skin on my  as i am scared it might turn out to hiv rash.
2-from the last two days i have white colour sore under my tongut and its healing now.

NOte-When i touch my nose with my left hand i feel pinching pain in my neck otherwise it is always feeling like it is burning.


My questions-
1-What do you thing about burning and pinching pain on my skin is this due to hiv?Have you ever seen anybody who turns positive with the symtom that i have.Is this a typical symptom for HIV?
I am really nervous about this pain and when i go online and read about it and google it i see its something related to neuropathy.
You are in a real worls of hiv please help me is this neck burning and pinching pain related to hiv?Is there anybody who turned positive with my kind of symtom?

Under no circumstances did anything you report put you at any risk for HIV infection. Whatever your symptoms, they could not possibly be caused by primary HIV infection based on the description of your sexual encounter.

Not a single symptom you note is in any way indicative of the symptoms that sometimes present themselves, usually quite briefly, at the onset of the body's initial production of HIV antibodies.

The symptoms of a acute HIV infection are systemic, usually vague and fly-like, and for that reason we do not generally discuss or regard them when performing risk assessment here.

And you have had no risk for HIV.

*modified to add: neuropathy is NOT a symptom of primary HIV infection. It usually occurs late in the progression to AIDS, and even then is usually caused by older drugs that are rarely used today in HIV infection in the developed world. Your information regarding neuropathy is about a decade out of date. The people who experience it today are largely those who have been dealing with HIV for many years/decades, and mist of them were on early drugs that are no longer routinely prescribed.

thanks for ur timely reply.My nerves settled down.Can you please tell me do i need hiv testing at all with all these symptoms?Thanks in advance

While I assert that every sexually active adult outside of a mutually monogamous relationship ought to have twice-yearly std panels, including of course an HIV test, I would not recommend an HIV test specifically over the incident as you described it.
