Unprotected Oral Sex

 I want to put this behind me! I gave unprotected oral sex to a married man who said he was ddf, he did ejaculate and it ended in a few min. I did get tested for std and a rapid hiv test which was negative after 4 weeks. so at least we know before incident i was hiv- and I hope I still am.. do I need any more testing?  I am going out of my mind. I resumed having sex with my gf but now the anxiety is worse since now i think I am giving her hiv..

You can't give your gf a virus you don't have. And you don't have HIV.

Your saliva has over a dozen elements and proteins which create a very effective natural barrier against the transmission of viable HIV if it is present.

You are worrying needlessly. There's no need for further testing unless you need the additional and inevitable negative result just for your peace of mind.

This is not an HIV situation.

Theoretically means it could happen. But in the real world of HIV, based upon both science and experience we know the only confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse.

Stop with the drama about this. HIV is not your problem.

If you continue to return here with more of the same about this non-risk, you are going to get a Time Out from the site. Again, HIV is not your problem. Period.

Hey Andy still kinda having issues here, why do some people say they have HIV from just giving oral if no risk is involved. I really want to put this behind me and move forward with my life...But when you read the post from the poz and the guy says he only had unprotected oral sex it kinda makes the mind start spinning again. and please no time out just a question.

I understand the studies but as far as viral load does that make a difference? some people say this is why nobody was infected in those studies because viral load was low. I did test negative after 4 weeks and no std's ..  so if i test at 2 month i will still be negative after giving oral sex no matter the viral load.

No the viral load does not make a difference when there were never a risk to begin with.

You did not have a risk. Give it up and get on with your life. If you come back again about this non-risk incident you are going to get a Time Out.

HIV is not your problem. Period.
