It wold be much easier to meet people that way.  You also would not have to worry about disclosing info if you are both pos.
Pray God you can cope
I know you have a little life in you yet.
I know you have a lot of strength left.

You can indicate your HIV status on many sites in the USA and also in Europe.
There is one in europe that gets increcibly precise about it all:
bbackzone.com
It sounds kinkier than it is. All the information you can choose, or not, to present is amazing and probably is a good thing for education. On the one hand the world tends to thinks there is "HIV+/AIDsy victim" and all the rest of the people. +  or -  .  A binary.  But once you are in the HIV+ group, in fact there are many many differences about the risks that people will take or subject others too. It can all be seen in the figures, down to viral counts and where you will put what.

There are loads of gay related hook-up sites. As mentioned, you can indicate that you are Poz on almost all of them. In the USA, Adam4adam and Manhunt tend to be the biggest hook-up sites in general.

Now, if you are looking for a site that is exclusive to HIV positive people, there is the personals section right here on this site Poz.com. The profiles range from those that are looking for friendships, dating, long term relationships or just sexual encounters.

I can understand if you do not wish to come out with your status on all sites, but you also have the option of leaving the Poz/Neg field blank or answer the questions with answers that most Poz people will make an educated assumption about what your status is.

Many of the sites will have several options like:

Safer Sex - Always, Most of the time, when appropriate or never. You can generally make an educated guess about those people but always verify and be honest about it. The one trend that I've noticed in the last several years is that young people rarely put their status online, regardless of what it is.
Find a guy who calls you handsome instead of hot, who calls you back when you hang up on him, who will lie under the stars and listen to your heartbeat or will stay awake just to watch you sleep. Wait for the guy who kisses your forehead, who wants to show you off to the world when you're in sweats, who holds your hand in front of his friends and is constantly reminding you of how much he cares and how lucky he is to have you. He's the guy who turns to his friends and says, 'That's The One!'
