« on: June 28, 2011, 06:15:37 pm »
I have not missed a dose of Prezista but my Viral load went up seems that my body process of the drug is fast as I  have had the level of meds tested twice ,one time there was no darunavir so dose was increased, second time was low.
Has anyone else had this problem ?

No not personally, but it is a noted, rare occurrence. The solution is to use a different drug instead of darunavir, maybe even a different class of drug (ie not a PI).
