Thanks for this buddy.  I dont know what can be done though.  Putting him in jail or something else isn't going to solve my problem.  I just don't see any other way out, at least it will end the pain.  Love.

Putting him in jail IS going to help YOUR problem.  Don't worry about him right now, you need to worry about you. You can decide not to press charges AFTER he returns your $ .  Call your local suicide hotline or get yourself to a therapist-please.

jeeesh......separate the issues. ur looking at it in one big overwhelming picture. focus on the money. god knows hiv people need money. if u rent there not gonna throw u out in the streets tomrw. if u have a mortgage it takes 3 months for foreclosure. go get a temp job. go to one of those check cashing places and get urself $100 to hold ya over. go to the grocery store and write a bad check and cover it later.  then get urself up on ur feet.

as for the dickhead bf....do what fags do best....be bitter......get even......call the police...demand to file a report whether his name was on the account or not. go to where he hangs out and tell his friends what hez done. write that his a dick head on the wall of the bathroom @ the local gay bar.<thatz always a good one> call his cell phone once every 5 minutes and fill up his voice mail.  call his job. tell them his a thief. send anonymous faxes to his work that hez a thief. <as u can c iv bn through this before; both sides>

i know itz easier said then done but ya gota start somewhere. as for suicide....give it some thought before u act. i know i have. think of the mess it will cause. and whats the point of hurting urself just because of a 'blip' in life's events. now if ur @ death's door steps due to a medical issue come back and talk to me then. if things r really as bad as u state id look @ it as a chance to pick up and move and start again.
