Fulvic Acid/black Water Supplement?
« on: October 04, 2011, 08:54:47 pm »
Been reading a little on this recently and wanted to see if anyone has any experiential knowledge on it's effects?  Supposedly helps restore lost minerals/vitamins.
Finish each day and be done with it.  You have done what you could.  Some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can.  Tomorrow is a new day.  You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with you old nonsense.

It's mainly a soil food, ie for making good soils. Most of the human supplement forms are fulvate salts without the special  chemical properties of unreacted (non-ionic) fulvic acid liquid and have low bioavailability of anything.

A quality multi-vitamin/mineral supplement will have more bioavailability of vitamins and minerals and be cheaper. As will eating more vegetables.
