will sleeping pills and truvada mix?

I seem to be having a hard time adjusting to my new work schedule. I was switched to third shift and apparently my body does not want to sleep during the day and work at night. 

Will sleeping pills interfere with my other medicine?

 I take Truvada 1x day, Isentress 2x day, BactrimDS once a day, and when I can remember a mutivitamin.  My CD4 is at 76 and my vl is 189.

hi klassy,

I take Atripla and i take an ambien before i go to bed otherwise i dont sleep at all.  My doctor told me it was alright to take something for sleep, but just to not take it at the same time.  I usually take my ambien a couple hours after i take my Atripla.  I haven't had any issues that i know of.

I don't take you're meds, but I'm guessing if you're doctor prescribes them to you, then he is OK with it.  My issue is trying to turn my thoughts off at night to try and fall asleep and sleep is important so i don't feel bad about having to take something to get me there.
