Pork belly seems to be all the rage lately.  Pork and mustard can go very well together.  I had pork belly a couple of months ago, but couldn't get over how much fat it had.

Where's your sidearm -- under your trenchcoat?  Oh wait, I see it now, later in the video.

Pork belly seems to be all the rage lately. 

"lately"? It's been this way in the NE for over a decade. Until you have had a Pork Belly Bun at David Chang's Momofuku Noodle Bar in NYC you have not lived.
