Gosh, golly, gee.......................
« on: February 24, 2007, 12:10:52 am »
The more I read here, it seems like everyone wants to know why they have some side effect, or how can they cure it.  Doesn't anyone want a poor, positive, boyfriend?  Well, doesn't anyone?

Okay, I should've been more precise.  Doesn't anyone want a poor, positive, boyfriend with ringing in the ears, slightly slowen parotid glands, a small but still cute ass(I think I've discovered it's okay to use such language here), vascular legs(that his massage therapist comments about being runner's legs, that a younger, I'm assuming negative gay man in the sauna at the Y called, "chicken legs"), thinning hair, and an eternal rash, and pees frequently with a bit of erectile dysfunction thrown in(unless you wake up with me in the morning and want to be a bottom).  Well...................any takers?

Yes, that's me in the avatar, and I'm guessing the avatar is that little pic.  And, yes, I admit it's I think two years old, and yes, believe it or not, I still look like that with less hair and more ringing in the ears.  I don't have a digital camera, I will work on getting a new pic.  And, yes, I'm as ugly as a dog, that is the reason you can't see my face.  But, have you seen, "Poolside Lust."  Or perhaps, an old greeting card, that inside says, "..........in case you haven't seen one lately."  And on the front of the card is a supposed student at an actual university campus in Maryland.  Or perhaps you have an old IN*TOUCH*FOR*MEN, issue #83, you could look on page 35 and see just how ugly I am.  Or perhaps you were in Fort Lauderdale, and caught the first, "most desirable man" contest at the Club Caribbean(thank God I looked this up and corrected it for the illiteracy police), which no longer exists.

I can never remember, does Caribbean have one r and two b's or two r's and one b.  Now, I know, and I'll work on remembering it. Anyone, have a mnemonic device to help?

Basquo, I'm not sure how you mean that about the bottoming part, but I do prefer that position mostly myself, and would be completely satisfied if that's all you wanted me to be, if I'm assuming correctly how you meant that.

And, I saw your comment about the soccer player with his pants down, and your comment about looking in the mirror.  Well, if your ass looks like that, I'd be extemely content if the only thing that ever went there was my tongue, and my ass is yours.

Gosh, i hope this hasn't been too graphic for anyone!

What the heck is a slowen parotid gland?  Once again, I must apoligize to the illiteracy police, I meant to type swollen.  Really, what I'm trying to do is to have the posting with the most postings and am just trying to help it along.

Illiteracy police, I apologize.  Do I need to apologize for typos(or is it typos's)?  Anyone?

What the hell is a parotid gland?  Okay, I admit, I had to look it up.  I would've know if the person had said Chipmunk cheek syndrome, and that doesn't sound any better than "bitch tits," if we're talking about gynecomastia.

No one has that copy of IN*TOUCH*FOR*MEN?  Anyone remember that magazine?  I think there is an InTouch now, but I don't think it's the same.

Anyone ever go to the Club Atlantis in Baltimore when it first opened?  You might have looked up at me while you sipped your drink.  Or perhaps I served you a drink at the "Gallery."

Or perhaps, I checked you in at the Peabody Court Hotel.  You aren't that guy from cats that gave me his room key when I was working at the Gallery and you were staying at the Peabody Court Hotel when I was no longer working there?

Or maybe, I checked you in at the Harbor Court Hotel as I performed my Night Audit duties.  Now, if you're Pia Zador, you gave me five dollars for taking your things on a cart up to your room, as I also had to be a bellman when there was no bellman. Thank you, Pia.  I thought you looked great, and you thought you didn't as you had just wrapped things up for the evening being a beatnik in "Hairspray."

I'm sure Paulina Pozikova doesn't remember me from the Tremont Plaza Hotel as she stood behind her boyfriend Ric Ocasek as they came back to the hotel after the premier of said movie.

Poor Divine, you are remembered!

You were with Ric and Paulina and Pia...

I saw Pia everywhere when I was in Europe...on the street, literally, she was on the same tour schedule as me and the Pope and Nina Hagen...

Screw 6 degrees of separation! this sounds like two degrees.

Now I'm forced to enter the porn wing to see if I can dig up that old In Touch...

Isn't Pia just adorable, the cutes little thing!

Although, Danny Devito, was good for $20 when he checked out of the Peabody Court.

And, in addition to the IN TOUCH FOR MEN, don't forget "Poolside Lust."  Of course, there is also, "Cops at Lunch,"  and "Leather Muscle."  But, I do believe Leather Muscle has changed names.  They do do that, you know.

Oh, and I know what some of you are thinking..................this guy's full of himself.  Well, not really.  They say you need to network if you're going to find a boyfriend.

And, well......................I just figure he ought to know about my sordid past.  I mean, it's bound to come out sooner or later.

And, that other guy, you know, the one that's in the Desert Knight's films, well, I wouldn't begin to argue that he has made better movies.  And, I'm the farthest thing from being a ___n ___r.  I can't even bring myself to type it..................I just can't.

I have to say, I had more fun at the house at Poolside Lust after the movie.  I don't think they guy's boyfriend was thrilled with me...............but I sure enjoyed myself. The guy's boyfriend just walked by and had a sour look on his face.  Although, that time at the co-ed steam room in Bally's everyone was enjoying themselves.  Well, it did get quite steamy in there............you just had to hope that anyone that would be shocked wasn't going to make an appearance............oh, the things you do when you are young.

Yes, I'm still working on my goal of "most postings."

Actually, I'm just terribly bored and it was nice to reminisce about the past.

Gosh, Pia, where are you?  Better still, what are you up to these days?  Anybody remember that song she did?  It was a dance song, I can't remember the name.  I thought it was quite good, and if my memory serves me correctly, I think she did it with Prince...........or is it that symbol thing formerly know as Prince, or ..........................anybody?

Here's one for you.....................anybody that give a flying f___, anyway.  Guess, who I met out and about one evening when I lived in Ft. Lauderdale.

Well, does anybody remember the DJ from Saturday Night Fever.  Well, I met him.  First name starts with an M.......................for anybody that gives a flying f___, and enjoys a little trivial(trite) pursuit.

I even have a letter from him, with a lip stamped kiss on it.................I swear.  You can't make this stuff up.  And, everything I'm telling you can be verified................well, maybe, most things.................well, one way or another......................I don't think you can get hotel records.  Okay, I do have the folio from Mr. Devito's departure and there's the letter addressed to "MOI."

Okay, what number am I on, anybody keeping track?  Now, you all know why I don't have friends or a boyfriend.  I'm annoying as hell, not to mention a tramp.

She was promoting a dance album, with a 12" remix, if I remember correctly, when I ran into her (as in bumped in a doorway) in Florence, then Lucerne, then Brussels...but damned if I can remember what it was.  It was way before Prince did duets..I think.

I guess I better research this if we're going to be boyfriends!

<G>  Yes, please do research that.  And P.S.  I love you!

Actually, I'm working on gaining a new title.  Okay, so I've told you about "The Most Desirable Man" contest in Ft. Lauderdale.  I forgot the "Mr. Tri State Cowboy" contest in Delaware, and I was the first, I swear.  Okay, we can forget about the lost and no placing leather contest at the Hippo..................it's true what they say..............You can't win them all.  I did sleep with the ex boyfriend of the emcee, even though it was the emcee's boyfriend that won.  And, how could I have possibly known that a judge worked at the Leather Rack in DC when  and where I purchased my first harness for said contest.................talk about coincidences!

Also, I thought I'd go for an award.  Tis' the season, you know..............awards season.

How about: Most Entertaining A__hole in this forum...............no?
Most Annoying A__hole in this forum.............maybe?
Most Latest you were kept up by an A__hole in this forum.............possibility?
Most Entertaining way of the year that side effects were presented...............folks, I
think we have a winner!...............what's this you say...............all the entries have
                                yet to be presented...................oh, okay!

Bucko,
Are you kidding me?  I only met these people because of my work and where I happened to be working at the time.  Well, except that once, walking around in Georgetown and then again at the Georgetown Park mall, where I saw John Travolta walking around.  I think it was around the time that he had been in DC to dance with Princess Di, I'm assuming.  I was living in Baltimore, my hometown at the time.  I thought that was pretty cool.

But, dinner with Grace Jones..................................Wow,....................................when I first moved back to Jacksonville, Florida I had a 10 week training program for a job I intended to start before my two presumed KS lesions appeared and the shingles came(as t-cell count was 21 and vl was 400,000, as I hadn't started on a regimen)............................................................anyway............during one of the training sessions we were having, I believe on adversity in the workplace, the name of Grace Jones came up, this was around 98, well, most of the group didn't know who Grace Jones is....................I think this was the first time I felt just a little old, and I was only 36 in '98.

Good Day Beautiful Man,
How is the research going on Pia Zadora?  Of course, it just dawned on my half-Polish ass that I could probably find this somewhere on the internet.............................but, it would mean so much more coming from you.

I had a friend in Baltimore, his name was Bill, he had been a buyer for a major department store in Baltimore and traveled to Europe frequently.  His partner, Charles, had been a professor and graduate of Johns Hopkins.  So, on one of their many trips together, they found themselves in Paris, and I forget the hotel in which they were staying, but they would see Dali in the elevator and lobby with his panther in tow.

I met my dear departed friend Bill and his dearly departed dog named Sancye, while returning home one mornning from my night audit shift at the Peabody Court Hotel.  He was sitting on the "stoop."  That's what people do in Balmer, hon!

So, I stopped and sat and got to know Bill.  Now if my memory serves me correctly, he was in his early seventies then, and I was in my twenties.  Of course, what came next was an invite to dinner with he and his lover and me and mine.  Yes, those were the days when I could still find one.............................oh, the days of being "young and pretty."

And, dinner with Bill and Charles was something special, whether it was in the formal dining room under the candle-lit chandelier, in the basement kitchen, on the small wrought iron porch off the sitting room overlooking the narrow garden, or off the kitchen below the porch.

Of course there would be some arrangement of fresh flowers, naturally, selected and arranged personally by Bill;  cocktails and conversation before dinner, while Bill effortlessly slipped away to mix a sauce or whatnot; then the fabulous dinner itself was served up with more great conversation;  and only to be followed up by some incredibly simple but elegant dessert like Pot de Creme.

Yes, it's because of Bill that I own my own Pot de Creme set, and that I know words like epergne and bobeche.  And, yes, I'm man enough to own up to it all................I believe that is a measure of a true man.  In my definition, that includes the drag gueens some people would rag on in the gay pride parades as being a "poor representation of the gay community."  Of course, I think "Priscialla Queen of the Desert" helped to change that definition as well.

Thank you, Bill.  It was indeed a pleasure to know you in my life!

Love,
Scott
