Worried about exposure and ARS

I have been following this forum from quite some time and want to get my situation assessed. Sorry for long message.
I met a CSW on March 12th and indulged in the following activities:
1) She gave me unprotected blowjob for a few minutes but I didn't ejacuate.
2) Sucked her nipples for brief moment and felt some discharge in my mouth. I stopped there. I got to know later that she gave birth a few months ago and she could be lactating.
3) Had protected vaginal sex.

After reading on this forum I was very sure that I didn't have a risk but I started getting some symptoms which are as follows:
1) Mild throat problem 1 week after this incident. But it got very bad after 2 and half weeks. I never had such bad throat ever. My GP gave some anitbiotics and I took them for 4-5 days.
2) Mouth ulcers 1 week after incident which went away after I got medicine from GP but came back again after throat infection.
3) Some pimples on my shoulders and upper chest area.
4) I am also having loose motions since yesterday.
5) I also got tested for Herpes and was found positive. IgG showed positive but IgM was negative. And I checked on internet, it says that this is not a scenario of recent Infection. And I might have had herpes from a long time.
6) NO FEVER. I have been checking my body temperature daily.

I am really scared because of these symptoms as most of them started showing up between 2 and half weeks to 4 weeks after exposure.

Can you please address my following concerns based on these inputs (given that I might have had Herpes before this incident) and let me know if I have had a risk?
1) Getting blowjob for a minute of so?
2) Having breast discharge in my mouth?
3) She gave me a thin condom (Lifestyle ultra sensitive). I hope this was fine?

It would be great if you can address all of the above risks.

You have NOT had a risk for hiv infection. None of your symptoms have anything to do with hiv. If you feel unwell or are worried about your skin, go see a doctor. It's nothing to do with hiv.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST FOR HIV SPECIFICALLY FOLLOWING ORAL SEX OR PROTECTED INTERCOURSE, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Thank you for your response.
I met my Doctor today and he told me that my Herpes infection is an old one because I was positive for IgG and negative for IgM.

I understand that Saliva is not infectious, so getting BJ wasn't a risk.
But what I am concerned about is, the breast discharge in my mouth. Since I have Oral Herpes, doesn't it increase my risk of contracting HIV from Breast discharge/milk in my mouth? As far as I know, Breast milk is infectious.
And I did brush my teeth 2 hours before meeting her. Does this increase the risk further?

Please advice.

Breast milk is infectious from an HIV+ mother who is nursing an infant under 6 months of age because their immune system hasn't kicked in yet. It is not infection to an adult.

You are worrying needlessly. Stop looking for an HIV problem you don't have.

Breathe and get on with your life. Really.

Hello Ann, Andy, Jeff, and everyone,

I have gone through a lot of stress because of this incident and got myself tested many a times in last 3 months. All the results came back "Negative". Following is when I got the tests done:

    - After 6 weeks - Rapid INSTI test
    - After 7 weeks - Regular 4th Gen Duo test
    - After 8 weeks - Regular 4th Gen Duo test (i did this because clinic told me that they consider regular blood test results conclusive at 8 weeks)
    - After 13 weeks - Rapid INSTI test

As I said, all the results came back Negative.

     1) Could you please let me know if the tests I have done confirms my Negative status?
     2) Can I take INSTI rapid test at 13 weeks to be conclusive?

This is my last post and I would like to thank every one of you for the your inputs and the wonderful awareness that you are spreading.
I would really appreciate if you can after both of my questions.

You have not had a risk and have tested negative so you can safely move on and put this behind you . You do not have HIV and do not need to test over this specific incident again .
