Like Will said, stay out of the sun if you can and keep hydrated.
That is very hot. I hope there isn't too much humidity associated with it.

In the sidebar on that web page, I see that Australians like to have heated debates on climate change and global warming, similar to Americans.

That's close to the Arizona heat I deal with every summer! It's usually around 115-120 here during late July to early September. You guys have to deal with humidity though, right? Ours is all dry...it's still miserable either way. Like the others said, stay inside and drink lots of water!!
