Please help me

Hey guys, would really appreciate a response cause im freaking out.
I recieved unprotected oral sex from an african prostitute when i was drunk last week on my holidays. I thought i had only got a handjob off her but was worried slightly after it happened cause iv only been with one girl in my life and have never done anything like this before. But i was having slight cramps in my stomach in the few days after but put it down to the food. However after 5 days i noticed a slight difference in the area around my groin and it had a resemblence to swollen lymph glands and as the day went on i began to remember me putting my hand on the back of her head so that got me thinkin she touched my penis with her mouth however briefly. As the day went on i was feeling sensations in my arm muscles. Yesterday i woke up with pains in my joints and muscles and was developing some flu like symptoms during the day in work. Today i woke up and the swelling had gone down in the lymph glands but the pain in my joints and muscles had got worseand i have a blister underneath each foot which got progressively worse throughout the day in work, as did the sweating and flu symptoms and iv just noticed my tongue is white and feeling very dry and there is a burning sensation in my arms. Is there any way some of these symptoms are there because of stress and is there any way i dont have HIV. THanks for reading will appreciate a response cause im on the verge of a panic attack

Sergio, she could have had a mouthful of semen in her mouth and it still wouldn't have been a risk for HIV transmission. Getting oral sex is one of the most common of sexual activities. In the entire history of the epidemic there has never been a single confirmed case of HIV transmission in that manner. It's safe to say you are not going to make history by becoming the first.

Whatever has caused your symptoms has nothing to do with HIV. If they persist you should discuss them with your doctor.

As someone who is beginning to be sexually active, you need to know that the only confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. As long as you consistently use condoms for those you will be will be well protected.

Also, other STDs are much easier to acquire than HIV, so this is a good time to make sure that at least once a  year you have a full STD panel done. Buit as far as HIV is concerned you don't have to worry this time. It is also a good idea to avoid having casual sex when you have been drinking excessively. Being drunk makes it much less likkely that you will make good decisions about safer sex.

That's right, even with cuts in her mouth and her hands dripping with vaginal fluids. NO RISK! Really. HIV is a fragile virus and is not transmitted in the ways you are worried about.
