Too much Anxious and scared about hiv

Had Sexual Intercourse with Massage parlor [unknown status] chinese girl(Not sure It is fully Protected or not).

I used Trojan Latex condom. The girl put condom on me and pinch at the top to remove the air but before penetration she put the the massage oil on her vagina and on the condom. So not sure if it was fully protected.
Ejaculated Inside and saw condom didn't broke. She removed the condom and dressed herself and went outside to get warm cloth to clean me up.Took hardly less than a minute.

She had her vaginal fluids on her hands when cleaning me as she used the same cloth to clean her hands.Penis mucous membrane and top got touched with that cloth.

I cleaned the penis with Antibacterial Soap and by mistake put in opening of penis at home and had burning sensation when urinate after this. Also had pain in penis and penis shaft for 2 weeks and then it went away by itself.

After 2 weeks got skin peeling on palm hands. googled it found same as Keratolysis exfoliativa. It doesn't Itch but feel burning sensation while sleeping.
GP said It is fungal Infection.

Have mild sore throat, light swelling of 2 lymph nodes under jaw, no fever, have mild sore throat and cold at 27 days took nyquil and it was gone next morning, had diarreha for 1 day,dry mouth and white tongue.

In the same week found few recurring Scalp Folliculitis on back of head and few on chest and back and they are still come and go off.

Did STD test at 11 days after exposure and all came negative.

Did urine test at 27 days and it came negative.

Did PCR DNA test at 6th day and 16 day from LabCorp which came negative.

They say It is conclusive after 28 days.

In fourth week felt pain in penis top during urinating in night.Consulted Urologist he put me on doxycycline.

Please help!! as I see every new symptom on my body every day and get anxious too much.

And you are seeing everything wrongly through a mistaken HIV jitters viewpoint.

From what you have reported you basically had protected intercourse. That's perfect. Condoms provide very effective protection against HIV transmission. In the future make sure only water-based lubes are used. If the condom had failed it would have been very apparent to the naked eye because the whole thing goes and ends up looking like a hoop with strands on the penis.

None of your symptoms are HIV specific. No surprise since you didn't have a risk. If any of them persist you should discuss them with your doctor.

There is no need for further testing. HIV is not your problem. Get on with your life.

Your suggestion relieved my stress and anxiety.

Is it possible I could have caught other infections like Yeast or fungal infections from her even with condom.I never had scalp folliculitis [hair infection] and skin peeling on palm hands in my life? I think I got contacted with her vaginal fluid on penis membrane while she cleans her hand and used the same cloth on penis

Thanks

It is impossible to diagnose your symptoms over the Internet. I strongly suggest you take that up with your doctor.  Whatever might be happening, you can rest assured it won't be HIV.
"Many people, especially in the gay community, turn to oral sex as a safer alternative in the age of AIDS. And with HIV rates rising, people need to remember that oral sex is safer sex. It's a reasonable alternative."
