Yeah, and this long range outlook for Spring doesn't help.

ps: oopsie, looks like your ass is getting served a "worsening drought" -- enjoy having no green grass and flowers this season.

Its just after 10:00PM and the AC is still on here.  That pollen was too much and besides, it was in the 80s today.  I like to get up under my 1,000 threadcount sheets (factory seconds but still comfy) and pull up the blanket so gotta have my AC.

You know what they say... springtime makes the sap rise too.  Maybe thats why I dreamed about cock last night.... but I digress.

So it's noon, 34 degrees... still waiting on Spring.  Oh, and that snow I talked about for this weekend will be arriving, but amusingly it's going to all fall SOUTH of here and wallop Virginia.  Not a huge storm, but the fact that Richmond might get 3 inches in late March is a riot.

If I remember how weather in the Mid Atlantic works.. you will go from cold to boiling hot with maybe a day or two in between.

Currently on radar there's a decent band of snow stretching from central Missouri to central Ohio, moving east. So it's hitting St. Louis, Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Oh, and it's also snowing on tedderz. ;D

Our extended forecast has nightly lows below freezing until Tuesday, then that's it through the first part of April.

I like Matt Damon too.  8)

It has been in the 70's-80's here. I have been working outside everyday just to keep up with the vines. White and Dutch Irises are blooming now. Later will be the yellow and light purple. I bought some Black Irises last year and am hoping they bloom this year.

I pruned the Crepe Myrtle just in time, last week, and just last night they budded and are green...really ...just overnight...

Same with the Oak trees which are dropping these little things that look like worm, but aren't, and all this powder to fertilize them..I have to rinse my truck off every day.

the Pecan trees have swelling buds but am still waiting.

Crocuses bloomed long ago, and the violets are blooming.

I bought two dwarf Chinese Lilacs and am awaiting their arrival...will plant them in the planters on the front porch...

I hesitated on throwing out bermuda grass seed as I really want St Augustine...

Am also getting an itch to paint...but am too tired from yard work to scratch it...

It happened too!  I am looking out the window now and see ice coated daffodils.  The moisture left from all the rain we just had is now an icy coating on pretty much everything.  I had to cover up the tomato plants we setout this past week in an effort to save them.

I can imagine the old women are freaking out about their plants.  Good thing you covered your tomatoes!  My mother used to have these canvas and wood structures that my father fabricated to cover certain plants during weird cold sanps.

Oh yea!  Mom was emphatic about me getting out there (not that I wouldn't do it anyhow) and 'saving our tomatoes'.  She added how 'horrid' it would be to loose them after finding such healthy ones last week at the nursery.  She loves her plants!  I loves me some fresh tomatoes in the summer too!

Actually as of right now that map shows the snow missing me.  I've also had winters where all we get is 6 inches the entire winter.  It's just been bad the past two seasons back to back.  Anyway, all of the warmer places have ADAP waiting lists.

I would actually move to Puerto Rico if accepted Medicare, etc. there.  Sun and cocoa-brown foreskin, what more could a girl ask for?

All that snowy shit needs to be gone by the end of April.  My best friend in PA wants me to come up for a visit and the (on one minute off the next) trip is back on.  Harrisburg, Phila, and on to AC we will go!  That recent warm spell up there made him change his mind about driving south, but I see this map that 'P' posted and know that was just a tease.

Its not unheard of to get snow up there in April as I recall.  At least it wont hang around too long and its past the usual time to get the blizzard of the season.  Hope so anyway.

OUCH!  Its a pain to go into LA from much of Orange County.  I dont even want to think of what it would be like to be on the 5 freeway back and forth every weekend getting to SD.

Its pouring a cold rain here today and all maps show it moving north to northeast.   Not the best of golf days for 'Can-Am' days at Myrtle thats for sure.

Just drizzle here, and 41 F.  It's only supposed to go down to 36 F tonight so at most we will get some "wintry mix".  Anyway, in the past hour they've shifted most of the advisories and warnings for any snow further north so this will be mostly a Vermont/New Hampshire/Maine event.

Hopefully it will warm up enough by the middle of next week so I can take my brother to a Phillies game.  I know, Miss P at a sports event... as if.

I like that little carnival they sometimes have at the foot of the Walt Whitman Bridge (Phila side) next to the K-mart!  Just pack some heat if you ever go there at night.  Dont worry about parking, just park under I-95... nothing will happen to your car.

I can see the Walt Whitman bridge from my kitchen window.  I think they recently closed that K-Mart.  Oh and there's a most excellent All Male Revue over in that sketchy section of the city :)

It's full of Jersey Shore Ronnie types taking it all off. :-*

Actually I love Philadelphia and had friends in the city that I would go see LOTS.  It gets a bad rap from some but really (all kidding aside) its safe for the most part and the downtown area has so much to offer.  Its not just Rittenhouse Square anymore where people want to get out and walk.

Has anybody gone into the new casino there?  I know Atlantic City is hurting because PA and DE now have table games.

Not bad!  The city has some very hot men and they should take it all off.  I would go there in a heartbeat.

South Street will be packed for sure!  I just saw that it may get wild and crazy here late Mon into Tues.  We may have what FL just went through.

You suck.  It's only 55 here right now, but feels like 35, an tomorrow it's supposed to drop back in to the 40's.  Eck! :(

And indeed as of 2 PM we have achieved a high of 73 F, and I have my windows open -- weather.com is now saying we'll get to 76 F at 5 PM.  Amusingly it's a mere 57 F in nearby NYC.

Unfortunately this is only to be a one day event  :-\

True spring weather for sure!  Mid 80s here today but back down into the upper 30s tomorrow night.  Hey jg, the stuff you folks in AL are getting will hit us in the predawn hours Tuesday.  This may just have to be a Xanax night for me.

You should be in my apartment for a high wind/hail storm.  I'm on the top floor (4th) of a 130 year old building, with most windows (four of them) facing west which is where the wind usually comes from.  The walls and windows creak and moan so much that I feel like I'm in an old wood ship at sea.

I bet its wild up on the 4th floor when the wind whips up.  The windows are huge in a building that old too (just one huge pane of glass).  Its nice to have them open right now though, but stay away from them in 10 to 12 hours from now if you can.  You are in the same timeframe as us for those projected storms.

I would like that , I love older buildings in the city the best . I like a good storm as long as damage is not involved . My bedroom is on the back of the house and I added a carport and screen room spanning the width of the house behind that , it has a tin roof and I love the rain on that tin roof . Not long ago it hailed big time and I almost feel out the bed it was so loud .

Yes, where I am it's a bit like living in a treehouse. Most of the surrounding buildings are only 2 or 3 stories, so I have good views too.  I get tired of the stairs at times, but they keep me from getting to fat and having to become a hairy, overweight bear. ;D

The steps also make for some very muscular legs and a nice tight butt!

Not when you've had lipo in those areas for 13 years.

Is that down at the airport?  Center City should be in the low 80s if that 77 is at Phila Intl.

Yes, it's the airport reading.  I can also access readings at the small municipal airport in NE Philly.  I don't think that at this time of the year there's a huge difference in Center City.  I'd say the airport is only 7 miles from City Hall.  It's not like Newark is with NYC.

77 is the perfect temp when the humidity is nice and low.  I think I will get out and take a ride on my bicycle before sunset and try to get the blood pumping a bit.  No stairs here in this one level place where I live these days AND its so damned flat here in this part of the state too.  Enjoy the nice afternoon 'P' maybe that hot Sicilian dude in the area will be strolling by and you can entice him in for some refreshment(s).

I'm about to head up to Walnut St to flirt with the cute hipster baristas at Elixr (http://elixrcoffee.com/).

My bad... He was Sicilian!  Just checked out that pic you posted a while back of the shirtless HOTTIE!  Now that one I would like to see in those little wrangler shorts.  Have fun!
