last monday i had unprotected sex, it didnt last long as i started regrettingit while we were in the act, although he came pretty soon after i pushed him off, he said that he didnt let any pre cum out. Im sorry if thatsa bit too much info, but i havent been able to stop worrying since then, its meant sleepless nights and days worrying.  he said he has never had an sti check but has an ex who has just had his baby, it would have shown in thetests she had if he had anything wouldnt it? Im sorry for all the questions, but i would appreciate it so much if someone could answer them for me, thanks.

You had unprotected sex and yes you need to test. You don't need ejaculation to contract HIV. You can test at 6 weeks if that test is negative you can retest at 13 weeks to obtain a conclusive test result.

You can have intercourse with anyone you choose to, BUT you need to do it the safer way. That means always without any exceptions, the guy has to be wearing a condom everytime. No exceptions.

As Rod has told you, you do need to get tested. If you choose to test at 6 weeks and get a negative result that's a very good sign that you will likely continue to test negative. But you do need to re-test at 13 weeks for a conclusively negative result.
