No -- my hooves are just fine, but...............

I now have quadruple digits of T-Cells -- 1,086!!  Been hovering around 800 for a while.  No doubt, I shall return to that area, but for now, I shall celebrate.

Also -- for our Wumpette -- my Cholesterol results are impressive.

HDL - 50
TRIG - 95

See what a good diet and the loss of 27 lbs can do!!


Hell - even my bili came within the reference range -- despite my Reyataz.

Well, you have just barely made it to the Elite Commander Salamander Club. I'll hold off doling out your appropriate epaulets and assorted medallions once you've maintained 4-digit numbers for three consecutive readings. Now you need to get that % up above 40.

The first time I hit a 4-digit number it went back down and didn't return to consistent 4-digits until 18 months later. The whole time my % kept increasing by small margins and IMO that is what keeps the other number steady, and it was when it got to +40%.  Anyway, congrats!

And you lost 27 lbs? That's actually a more impressive feat. You've obviously not been hanging out with the Egyptian Taco Master.

Yes -- I have little doubt that my foray into 4-digits shan't go on for long, but I shall enjoy the ride while it's here. 
As for the weight loss -- I agree -- an impressive feat -- it's harder as we age to lose.  Plus, I hate to exercise -- aside from tennis, I do no exercise.  Fortunately, my nearly 49 yo joints still allow me to play singles and I am deceptively fast on the court -- opponents see this old, fat man and think all they need do is run me around.  I win more with my legs than with my strokes.  oh -- and I am so not a fan of Mexican food -- so no Egyptian fak-os for me.

Yes, dear -- been on statins since the early 90's.  The men in family have dropped from heart disease for generations.  My father was the first in 3 generations to make it to 50 -- he turned 71 this past Sunday.  He lost a brother to heart disease when he was in his early 40's.  My chol has been OK since the meds -- but these results are amongst the best.  Belly fat is NOT your friend.
My diet -- I have my moments with fried food -- but the biggest change has been snacking on fruit and low-fat microwave popcorn. 
I doubt I shall ever be "svelte", but clocking in at 184 is far better than the 211 I was in Oct -- or the 250 I hit back in 2000.  I hope to settle around 175 -- still, technically, overweight at 5'8", but more realistic than hitting the low 160's.

wow great job with the weight loss and cholesterol numbers.  I have been trying to lose a few pounds and lower my cholesterol and know how hard it is.  kudos
