Real Estate Question

I know there are sites where I can type in an address or a zipcode and see what prices properties have sold for at that address or in the general area.

BUT.....

I cant find a site that tells me about coops or condos in a particular building.  Can anyone help me out on this one?

Try this link.  Go all the way to the bottom and in the left hand corner it will say browse by city...  click that..  Pick the state, then pick the city.  It will then take you to a page where you will see condos available...  Hope this helps, not sure if it's exactly what your looking for!

Thanks but I dont think this is what Im looking for.

What I need is to find listings of condos and coops already sold so that I can see what price they sold for so that now in my search I can get an idea of what a fair price would be.

No Im trying to find prices of apartments that have sold in the building Im interested in living in.  I dont want to get ripped off.
