Beer with dinner on Stribild?
« on: May 07, 2014, 08:46:47 pm »
Apologies if this is the wrong thread. I did search and I did come up with a general consensus that a beer with dinner while taking meds isn't a huge deal, but the moron in me want's a clear cut straight answer.
I'm by no means a drinker at all. A friend told me about a gluten free beer and I wanted to try it, so I went ahead and bought a 6 pack, and then promptly realized that I was on meds and I wasn't sure it'd be a great idea to have.
So, I just want to confirm that I can have a beer at dinner, and it won't affect my meds, or put my liver in shock, or you know whatever.
Sorry being a dummy but it's either post here, or call my doctors office leave a message and wait for a call back.

Having the beer would not put you at risk for anything, not even treatment failure or liver toxicity.  So enjoy the gluten free brew.
