Two days before I visited a government office for some work there I sat on a chair which arm stand was broken. And that had sharp edge, accidentally I scratched myself and I bleed little as well. I am in concern that being public place many people would have been scratched by that. Can that be an issue? I know HIV can’t lead in this way. But I am concerned regarding HEP B and HEP C. pls help me. I am unable to find answer anywhere.

This forum is HIV specific.

x,
Unless this broken chair arm was covered and dripping in someone else's fresh blood, then you're worrying over nothing. None of the viruses you're worrying about are transmitted that easily. The ONLY possible thing you may have picked up was an ordinary bacterial infection that any scratch can become infected with.
If this you're worrying about this kind of thing on a regular basis when out in public spaces, I suggest you get some counseling for yourself. That level of paranoia is not mentally healthy.
You do not have an hiv concern.

sir i promise will not disturb again. I know this is hiv forum but please help me, as i am unable to know anywhere. AS I READ HEPATITIS VIRUS CAN PASS FROM mucous membrane. As my wound was in the process of healing. Even at that condition i should not go for test.

xa,
You can test if you like, but you are highly unlikely to end up with hepatitis from the situation you describe. You were not at risk for hiv.
